“Saffron” a Moroccan Bistro with the primary intent of providing a high end foreign
experiences and cuisine. With an intended audience of higher end travelers looking to learn about Morocco through primarily its cuisine, Graphics, interior design and the restaurant experience. But this is also intended to work in tandem with Nahr hotel as well but not get lost in it but work together equally.

The saffron brand was inspired by the country of morocco specifically its middle eastern aspect which evolved into a challenge of "how do we bring a piece of morocco to the USA without Americanizing it?  i did this through research on morocco and its culture which lead me to the saffron flower which i based the brand on to symbolize morocco, wealth and culture.
